Hello. My name is Jerry Anderson and I have been involved in Florida real estate brokerage since 1982 when I sold investment properties and managed offices for CB Commercial – what is now CBRE – in Palm Beach County. I have been a CCIM(#718) for over 30 years and have been involved and watched that terrific organization grow in numbers and professionalism. For the past ten years I have been growing international real estate brokerage companies as the president of the respective organizations. First at Coldwell Banker Commercial from 1998 to 2003 and for over the last 4 years at Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Glance at my profile and you will see the results achieved with these two fine organizations. I also consulted for and/or trained CBRE, Colliers, NAI, Grubb & Ellis and ONCOR from 1991 to 1997. The bottom line – I have had the opportunity to work with and contribute to some of the finest real estate brokerage companies in the world.

I never moved, but in fact, commuted to New Jersey to the CBC headquarters and for the past 4 years boarded flights regularly commuting to Irvine, California to Sperry Van Ness headquarters. Trust me when I say commuting coast to coast is not for the faint of heart. You must be passionate about the mission to put up with the aggravation. Now that my employment contract is complete at the Irvine headquarters, I am staying within the state (much to my family’s delight) – to build Sperry Van Ness Florida on top of the solid foundation of Sperry Van Ness International.(www.svn.com).
